Hi,

I have a problem with a laptop under Windows 11.

I install the driver for graphics cards and in a first time, the screen light is set at minimal and unchangeable, which makes it difficult to read the screen. Also, in the device manager i have a warning sign beside "AMD Radeon R7 Graphics" which shows us in detail that it is an error 43 and that it could not start correctly. And also when I try to open "AMD Radeon Software" i have a message "No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware.".

Here are the technical specifications of the processor and the graphics card :

AMD A12-9720P

AMD Radeon R7

The driver that I try to install is "radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-22.6.1-win10-win11-64bit-legacyasics-june23-2022-legacy"

How to fix these problem ?

Your product is not supported for Win.11.

Read the legacy status notice in the Win.10 section.

I was buying my laptot 3 years ago and it's unbelievable that it was uncompatible with Windows 11. And when I was on Windows 10 I having the same problem. The problem is that AMD wouldn't fix these problem.

The processor was released 2016/17, does not meet Win. 11 requirements.
