Hi, I've been having an issue with my laptop, which is AMD processed. This has been going on for many months now - and I don't seem to find the solution. Each time I'm on a software (particularly a game, such as Roblox, etc, ...), I begin to hear a continuous crackling/pop sound from the speaker itself; and nowhere else. In order for this crackling sound to go - I have to always open Device Manager, and head to my audio device, and update my AMD High Definition Audio Device. This is really irritating, and I've tried every single method, by using YouTube, to even speaking with HP Customer Services, and finally, getting the laptop physically checked. Yet, there is still nothing. I've even uninstalled the software, and the drives itself (including the graphics card drive); and even disabling it. After I do this, I restart the laptop, but obviously it re-installs the drives again, and then I'm left with the same issue. I've even gotten to the point in which I had to fully reset my laptop; which resulted in some data loss.
So, if there's anyone out there who has had this issue, please let me know what you have done to fix your issue?
In addition, I have a regular laptop. (HP 255 G7, with 8GB RAM, etc, ...)
Thank you.
