AMD Radeon HD 8750M became 8600/8700M after updating

My laptop is Acer Aspire E1-572G.

I'm currently running Intel i5-4200u CPU and have 8 gb of RAM installed.

My GPU is Radeon HD 8750M and Intel HD Graphics Family.

Before this,I was using the driver version 15.201.1151.1008 for my AMD GPU.

I decide to install the latest driver Adrenalin Edition 18.5.1.

But then after installing 18.5.1,my AMD 8750M was detected as 8600/8700M by my laptop.

Is it supposed to be like this?

I am afraid that this change would impact my laptop's performance since it doesn't seem to specifically define my dedicated gpu and wrote it off as 8600/8700m.

Yes it's supposed to do this.

If you read the 'read me' of the drivers, you will see:
