I cant find i driver for the exact graphics card AMD Radeon HD 7400M Series. Please help me with that

The laptop maker website may still have the exact specs listed for your laptop model, or download GPU-Z & use the 'Lookup' function which may show the exact model of the series (there are 4).

And the last/final drivers are from 2015/16.

i tried finding the exact model by gpu Z but it didnt show me the amd graphics card it shows me the intel graphics

Down the bottom of gpu-z, click the intel description. Should show up with amd card, click that & then use the lookup.
