does AMD RADEON HD 7300 SERIES support WHQL??

HD7300M is a laptop GPU and NO GCN (its a TeraScale2) - it CANT USE latest drivers

pls download latest driver provided by your Laptop-Manufactor

if its an OEM Desktop-GPU you should use a Legacy-Driver or AMD Crimson 16.2.1 for Non-GCN (as maybe latest working driver)

no - because its the DESIGN - crimson needs GCN - so TeraScale1-3 isnt supported anymore

Please download DDU, clean all the previous amd drivers. Then download and install this driver: Legacy

If this do not work, go there on the HP site and download the gpu driver here, DDU again and install the HP one:Téléchargements de logiciels et de pilotes HP pour les imprimantes HP, ordinateurs portables, ordina...

Remember you own a 64bit version of win7, when you download your drivers.
