Hello,
I have a Radeon 8570 video card.
When I try to export a Video Project in the Windows 10 Photos app, I receive the attached error message: "Update your drivers to export videos" including error message "0x887A0005".
Therefore I already installed the drivers "non-whql-radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-21.5.2-win10-64bit-may17". After that I still receive the error message while the Device Manager displays another type of Video Card: "AMD Radeon R7 200 series" instead of "Radeon 8570".
Does anyone know how to solve the issue in Photos and why my Device Manager does not display the right Video Card?
