I turned from windows 11 to windows 10 last night and this morning I realized that I got such an error and before that, I saw that I couldn't get enough performance in programs such as photoshop and in most games, I did a clean install 2 times and deleted the drivers with DDU on it and reinstalled it, and finally the old ones. i installed a driver but it still stayed like this
