So I have an old Sony Vaio laptop which was working fine.  Suddenly the graphics have become juddery.   I don’t seem to be able to find a suitable driver.  Please can someone offer some solutions as it’s driving me nuts!  The screen appears stretched too.  Windows 10 is up to date.

If Sony or AMD Mobile basic driver doesn't solve your problem then you won't find a newer driver since the HD 5000 series is Legacy hardware not supported by AMD anymore with driver updates.

You can either allow Windows via Windows update to install the best compatible driver or download Sony's AMD driver if it is around the same year as AMD Mobile Driver.

You have only 2 last AMD mobile drivers for your HD 5000 Series GPU - 2015 or 2016.

I just kept working on it myself. I’d already tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and windows had just updated.  Finally after another reboot it fixed itself.  Don’t know why it happened suddenly or how I fixed it but glad it’s back to normal.
