Hi,
I am using Graphics System with AMD Fire Pro W7000 (4GB).
I was working on Windows 11 21H2 and it was working fine. After I upgraded to Windows 11 22H2, suddenly the Windows going black after windows startup.
If I try to boot in safe mode, system is working fine. I tried removing the graphics driver using DDU utility and then the system is working fine but the graphics card is showing as Windows Basic Graphics Card. I also tried installing the latest driver from AMD website (21.Q2.1) but as soon as windows started in normal mode, screen goes black.
I even tried downloading old drivers (last driver tried 19.q4-nov13) but same thing happens.
In safemode every thing works fine, If Don't install the driver with basic graphics the system works. As soon as I try to install driver for the card Windows goes black.
The error logged in the event viewer is: AMDKMDAP device not started.
Device PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6808&SUBSYS_030C1002&REV_00\4&fc7f53b&0&0018 had a problem starting.
