Hello everyone. I have a issue where i just got a Rx 460 4gb and im trying to install drivers but m fans completly stop working and fan controll dosent work. it shows that the rpm is like 170k but they dont spin. Also i got boot issues where it would turn on then off then on again till it turns on and i would get a vga light on my motherboard. Im slowly loosing hope on this so i hope someone can help.
