PC Drivers & Software

So I never really had too much of a problem with AMD and their drivers until the last year or so, for some reason I have not been able to download the drivers I need on the website at all the download just fails and will not let me restart or if it does restart just fails again. Also on the Adrenalin App on my pc I am not able to download the lastest version of the drivers. It will get stuck somewhere in the installing process around 11%-20%. I'll have the specs under if you need anything else let me know I can provide but I just wasn't sure was needed to be provided. Thank you in advance for any help or info you could give me! 

My PC specs:
MotherBoard: AsRock B450M-HDV R4.0
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6800

Sounds like you have some kind of software or registry corruption/error. It might require you to even repair or reinstall Windows, but you could try a full unistall of previous installation with an uninstaller https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601

and then download and install manually
