So basically, one day I was watching Youtube, and my screen randomly went into grey and white stripes. When I force restarted it, it wouldn't even go to the "Welcome" screen. I fixed this by uninstalling my graphics drivers through safe mode. The problem I have now is that I can't re-download the drivers because when the downloading is at around 60-70%, the screen goes black and it doesn't install. I can still boot my PC up at this point, but still no graphics driver. Without the drivers I can't seem to use my 2nd monitor and games that I usually run at 90+ fps, now run at around 2-3. It isn't caused by the monitor, HDMI cable or faulty connection to the PSU - checked all of them. Is there a way to install the drivers without it crashing the whole pc?
The GPU is a Radeon HD 7850
