This has been happening ever since I got it and I couldn't find a solution anywhere, so this is a sort of last hope.

here is what my drivers and processors are:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor

Radeon RX 570 Series

if anyone can find any solution, it would be gladly appreciated

Did you try disabling Windows' auto-install driver function? You can do it manually or through DDU.
