When I installed the latest driver on my Laptop (HP Envy 15 ah-100na) that has a AMD A10-8700P APU, my external monitor just goes blank and says "No Signal", the monitor in question is an Acer V345H and the monitor worked when I was using the driver on the HP website, the problem is that the driver from the HP website has no VCE functionality and the Carrizo APUs do have VCE and as I want to do some streaming I would like to be able to use AMD Encoder for OBS and it just can't find the amdamf64.dll.
I have tries with the latest and a driver from march 2019 and it still dosen't work
When I try to use the monitor it shows on the monitor (with the windows connected sound) then about a second later just disconnects and goes blank
How can I fix this?
