Hello,this is now the 3th time this happend. I put a Video in this Post to Show what i mean with "freeze". This always happens when i Update my gpu drivers.

My card is Radeon RX 570.

How can i avoid this? Xx Can someone help pls?

Okay, the video does not work here.

I try to explain. When i click on something, nothing happens. I can't restart or shut down my pc, without forcing it. And it dosn't starts the normal programs like steam, when i start the PC. My PC just becomes completly useless until i make a rewind.

Edit: Btw, what i tried was a complete wipe of my drivers and deinstalling them. But this was then now the 3th time that this happend.

我也是RX570，在游玩极限竞速地平线5游戏中，在游戏过程中（比赛中），切换至AIDA64窗口并关闭该窗口，会导致蓝屏，蓝屏代码是PAGE_FAULT_IN_NOPAGED_AREA.开始我以为是内存问题，不过经过多次测试内存没有问题。这个现象在几年前也发生过，当时微软说是驱动的问题，后来我没太在意，当时是高负载不定时蓝屏，后来升级驱动，电脑休眠后不定时蓝屏，有没有负载都一样。最近我玩游戏，又遇到了这个问题，经过反复测试，发现是AMD crash defender service 这个程序引起的，禁用后就不在出现游戏中切屏蓝屏的现象

I tried something i found, that said i should disable my on board graphiccard via device manager, but neither direct in windows, nor under safe mode can i accsess the device manager.

So rewind it was again xx.

I really need to google how i can stop windows from manually updating my device ...

And thank you to the guy above me, but i don't have problems with bluescreens. When this happens, my PC works "fine", i just can't klick anything. Nothing opens and not a single programm, like steam, gets booted.
