Hi, I've been running into a problem where I often either get kicked out of the game or get this error AMD Driver Timeout.Like i can play Dota 2, but if i try to play War Thunder i got and AMD Driver Timeout and crash. For FarCry 5 same problem, after 5 minutes gameplay crash, Surviving The Aftermath this game crashes when i`m trying to run the game. How i can fix this problem ?

GPU: AMD Radeon R7 350
RAM: 16 gb
