amd driver 23.9.3 and the prev kill my freesync option

Sapphire pulse 6800XT setup, acer 144hz freesync monitor

If the freesync on, all webrowser start lagging, freezing. Sometimes others app too, but all games run nice. 

Pls amd fix this bug

Seems to be an issue on drivers greater than 23.9.1. I would revert back to 23.9.1, no issues with Freesync and HW acceleration on Edge/Chrome.

Another option is to temp. disable HW acceleration on the webbrowsers.

Hopefully AMD will fix this in an upcoming release as this issue has occured in the past already.
