Hi,

I am trying to update AMD driver for my laptop which I bought on Nov'18. It has Windows 10 and the last AMD version was 17.7

Everytime I try to update the driver, it throws "general error  - 1603". And after restart I can't find the catalyst software. I have to reinstall the factory version 17.7

I've attached the report while I was installing 19.2.2 for Far Cry New Dawn support. And it happened again.

Let me know if I can provide more details. But please help me out here.

AMD does not furnish drivers for Ryzen Mobility/Laptop graphics. These are furnished by the laptop manufacturer.

AMD is committed to begin furnishing laptop APU/Ryzen Mobility drivers in the near future. Check back in a few weeks.

Someone from Acer community also mentioned that AMD will start supporting drivers for mobile devices from Q1.
