AMD Display driver application error

Hello,
form few weeks I have a problem with AMD display drivers. The software and drivers are not stable. It happenes everyday but sometimes reboot will fix the problem for some time. I am using my PC to work. So, I have tried everything in my power to deal with this problem. I tried reinstalling drivers and software, tried hard system format, I geve the PC to the service where they replaced thermal paste on the CPU & GPU. When there is a problem with the software/drivers this problem pops up in the event viewer.

Get some notification sounds about every 2-3 minutes it seems and when I attempt to access the AMD icon in the tray area, it disappears.  Sometimes the application's entry in the menu does not work and have to go find the .EXE file manually to execute it.  Tried Factory Reset within Adrenalin Edition and didn't seem to help.

Ok AMD...give us some feedback...
