AMD CPU and AMD Chipset Unstable

My computer is unstable. It restarts randomly and when I use Internet explorer (32 bit) and other browsers.
I have installed motherboard and videocard drivers.
Online games work fine, All other applications work fine. Win 7 performance test(stress) crashes Windows.
It won't idle for more than a few hours. I tried setting pagefile larger and setting BCD to use unsigned drivers.
I tried a motherboard with different chipset with Win 7 and Win 10 32 bit and got BCODs with
Error: Couldn't access virtual memory address. I tried different memory sticks: 1333 MHz.
I tried installing OS with ACHI SATA.

I have tried a different OS: Win 7 x86 build: 7601.win7sp1_ldr.180908-0600.

The motherboard that gave Me blue screens of death was MSI A68HM-E33 V2 with chipset: AMD A68H.

Current motherboard: Biostar A68MD Pro with Chipset: AMD A70M.

So far, All is good!
