I've been having trouble for a good while now with the drivers being outdated, the program to update them not starting up and being able to do less and less because of this flaw. Now one friend of mine said that someone managed to fix that using an official tool to reset graphics driver or something, the program came from the official site, and when I ran it, it did 2 things and 2 things only: 1. Removes my graphics drivers, 2. Made my screens not work anymore. After waiting a long time to see if it would install the new drivers as it was supposed to and still not getting any results, I decided to restart my pc, however, my monitors still do not work. Thanks AMD, my pc is completely unusable now because of your programs.

Do you have an APU with integrated GPU? If yes, try to connect your monitor to the onboard GPU.

I don’t have any pictures on my nvme so that isn’t a problem, I think I typed that wrong lol I meant to type I was downloading the 21.5.2 driver but thanks for all the help

Just have the same problem.

I got new cpu, mobo and ram. After that i was having blue screens everyday, so I tried many things, including installing windows again. Nothing worked. The last thing I did was use amd cleanup tool, now I have this problem.

The app asked to enter safe mode, the screen became dark and it never came back from it.

Cannot use my other pc because I only get a dark screen, the fans were spinning, the mouse light was on, but that was it, no image, no sound apart from the fans, no motherboard logo too.

The other pc has a ryzen 4600g, a gigabyte b550m k, 2x16gb of kingston ram ddr4 2666Mhz. My psu now is a pretty cheap one, I had already paid for a new one before the problem happened, because a guy who understands better advised I should do it, but it has not arrived yet.

When it arrives I will take my pc to the guy to see if the knows something.
