I am trying to identify what version of amd chipset I have currently on my laptop. Can someone explain  how can  I check the version of Chipset using CPU-Z. I believe the install package contain update of I2c Controller , SMBus, Power Plan , GPIO, PSP. Another thing I wanted to know was if I should uninstall all previous driver using AMD Cleanup Utility ?

You don't  check it in CPUz, just download the most recent package and it will install updated components if required.

As for the AMD Cleanup Utility, no, don't use it.

Thanks, It should be fine to overwrite with the latest one, am I right? Is there any particular reason why AMD Cleanup utility is not needed

New ones will overwrite the old ones yes, and the tool is only required if you are switching motherboards.
