I have AMD X470 Chipset ... I wanted to install the last wood ... but HOW ??? size - 0 bytes

I clicked on the Driver Download in your post and was able to download successfully the Driver set. I even extracted the set using 7zip and everything was extracted successfully.

Are you getting the error during the installation of the Driver Set?

I tried IE 11.09600  ... Mozilla Firefox 61.01 ... without success

It could be a Regional problem in your area. Sometimes the local websites may be having problems.

Could it be your Antivirus program blocking the download?  Or possibly a browser Extension?

I used Google Chrome. If it also occurs with Google Chrome than it is a problem in your region or website.

Wait one or two days and see if you can download the driver. if not then open a AMD EMAIL SUPPORT Ticket to see if they give you a link to download the AMD Driver from here : Email Form .

EDIT: I have an idea that might work. I will upload the file at NOFILE.IO which is free to upload and download files. Once I upload the file I will post the link for you to download it.
