When I start playing some video games, after 4 or 5 minutes later my PC gives this bug and i cant do anything on my screen, it got's freezed i couldn't move my mouse or anything. only way to fix it is restart the computer, i get tired of this bug i dont know how to fix it i tried a lot i watched some videos and contacting to microsoft support and even they couldn't solve my problem.

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.70 GHz
RAM: 8,00GB, 64 Bit
GPU: Intel (R) HD Graphics 620, AMD Radeon (TM) 530
WINDOWS 10
