I have AMD Ryzen 3 3200U with Radeon Vega 3 Mobile Gfx.

If AMD Audio Coprocessor enabled in Device Manager it does not allow changing the audio sampling and bit rate. 

Is this a bug or a feature?unchecked and greyed out.
