I have a pretty nasty problem, I installed the AMD ADRENALINE 23.11.1 software, I have an amd radeon rx 6700 xt video card, but after I turn off the pc and restart it shortly after, my screen goes black and the following image is written to me , I have to restart from the on/off button on the back of the unit. And when I go back in, I can't open the amd software anymore and I don't have the same resolutions either, but it appears as installed, when I try to open it, I get this message: "The version of AMD Software that you have launched is not compatible with your currently installed AMD graphics driver.''

Please help me with a solution because I can't play any game because it doesn't detect my higher resolution.

At a guess, windows update is replacing the driver.

If so, then there are guides on the web to block driver updates from windows update.
