I have a similar issue (running 6750XT). I upgraded to 24.3.1 finally from the version from march 2023 with the hopes of not breaking anything. AMD Software: Host Application is gobbling up 10-15% of my CPU with nothing going on. Adrenalin will not open. When I try to open from the toolbar icon I get no list of options. From the apps menu (start->all apps) I either get a spinning wheel that does nothing or a list of options similar to what I would expect to see from the toolbar option. Reboots, software reloads, kill and restart the processes all fail to resolve the issue. No error messages that I can find. Latest stable patches seem to be a real problem for AMD! And then not only can I find older driver/software to reload, but I also get no better support than community forums. Not what we pay $1000s for!
