AMD Adrenalin Edition does not work when trying to install

When i try to download the AMD CPU drivers, it fails to install it, the software says i cant download it because there is no AMD Hardware according to the software. Its error code 182

My specs:

GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060

CPU: AMD Ryzen 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics

Motherboard: Rog Strix X470-F Gaming

RAM: 16GB

Operating System: Windows 10

Boot up the pc with monitor connected to the onboard port.
