All HD XXXX are considered to be Legacy or Non-supported by AMD anymore with Driver Updates.

So whatever drivers shows up at AMD Download page under Legacy that would have been the latest driver available.

also you need to be aware that the HD 5000 series GPU cards don't have the technology to run the newer AMD Drivers.
