AMD 530 gpu not working in windows 10 or windows 11 and keep freezing my laptop. i tried to install it from dell site and from amd site but still freezing my laptop.and no game work except if i disabled AMD from device manager.
My LAptop : Dell Inspiron 5570
what i did :
-install windows 10 and 11
-i tried amd driver from dell website and from amd website
-sfc /scannow
-lower version of amd driver and the latest version
-Bios Update
-Clean insall with DDU
-Windows Update
only disabling AMD driver from device manager and work with intel UHd driver makes my laptopn works fine. but games will be slow with intel driver. what should i do? i tried everything on the internet but no thing work.
