AMD 3D V-Cache Performance Optimizer Service process disappeared after recent chipset driver update.

Hello today i simply decided to install the newest drivers for everything i have and when i installed recent chipset drivers the 3d v-cache performance optimizer process just disappeared. I first installed it in september when i got my new PC with 7800X3D Processor. What also happened it seems like new process started working which is: https://ibb.co/CsB4v6NS
Does that mean the new driver doesn't turn on that 3dv cache process directly and it's managed by the one on screenshot?
So far i think i didn't see any performance drop on games, but i need to confirm it with more testing.

After i saw it disappeared, i uninstalled drivers manually and 3d v-cache process appeared again with ig "build up" older drivers that processor has. Then i installed it again and it disappeared, but that process on screenshot appeared again. I also checked services and it's here, but now it shut down and only that down service says "working"(in my language): https://ibb.co/xKvJcsgz

When i don't check off the PPM on the install, both doesn't appear on process after installing it.

To add if that matters, i installed it with auto detection thing "amd-software-adrenalin-edition-24.12.1-minimalsetup-241204_web" because all i want is drivers for my processor, since i have nvidia card.

Is that normal now?

on my x870e platform and 9800x3d processor, the task manager also does not show the work of 3d v-cache, I also do not understand whether it works for me or not, earlier on the old system when I had 7800x3d and a b650 motherboard, I could see the work in the task manager, the driver is now installed AMD Chipset Drivers
