Now first things first: I am aware of the USB problems that plagued AM4 and previous gen Ryzen processors but I've been searching everywhere for a problem like mine, can't seem to find any.
I've just built a pc here are the specs:
Ryzen 5 7600x
NZXT 240 kraken
Radeon RX 6800 XT
Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX ICE/V2
corsair 16x2 Vengeance RGB DDR5
crucial 2tb nvme
So no matter if I'm browsing the explorer, playing or even stress testing,(Sometimes even as soon as I boot into windows) i hear the USB disconnect sound, disconnecting all USB 3.0 ports along with the wifi/bluetooth and LAN. And not reconnecting again
That being said now when i'm playing a game with my bluetooth controller, everything works normally almost all the time.
i'm not sure what's causing it, I've been trying to test and replicate the error but all i can see are two scenarios:
Some AMD USB eXtensible Host Controller getting an asterisk yellow triangle in the Device manager prior to the usb disconnect sound
Generic Superspeed USB Hub completely disappearing (Only seen by showing hidden devices) in the device manager
in both cases the said disconnected usb devices completely disappear because I would think that windows aren't seeing them
Restarting the PC fixes everything until it happens again randomly
I'm fairly certain its not a hardware related issue since it doesn't happen until I install the drivers.
Things I've tired:
I'm really frustrated as the build is only days old
Any help or input is appreciated!

I've also seen across the web a lot with intermittent audio on their headsets, this is in fact a driver issue and your use case proves it.
As for my problem, it turned out to be a motherboard issue, I replaced it and everything works as they should now.
Apparently it's an issue related to AMD's chipset drivers.
Everything was working fine in my setup until I updated to version 6.10 since 3 days ago.
That's when I started to notice that my mouse (Microsoft Intellumouse) started to freeze for about 0.3 to 0.5 seconds several times when i moved it around the screen.
I tried everything everyone else has tried:
- I changed USB ports
- I changed the physical mouse
- I changed options in the BIOS
- I thought it was a motherboard defect.
- I thought it was a software bug.
(Antivirus, Browser, WhatsApp, etc.)
It's extremely annoying.
When investigating the problem, I noticed that the USB devices were being disconnected cyclically.
Because my mouse has an LED to indicate that it was working, I noticed that sometimes, during these freezes, the mouse would turn off and then start working again.
The fault is usually more noticeable on mice, but those using headsets, USB Wifi and other devices may also notice the problem.
When i rolled back to driver 6.07 everything is good again.
