I just installed new hardware on an existing windows 10 desktop
AMD RYZEN 5 3600X
ASUS TUF GAMING X570-PLUS WIFI
G.SKILL 16GB 2X8 D4 3600 TRIZ
Everything was running well until I installed AMD master utility and tried a preset (I believe was OC) and the system needed to reboot. After now the system reboots to windows splash screen for a second then reboots.
I have tried flashing, CMOS battery reset, and windows recover boot with a USB. Everything was had the same outcome. Looking for some fresh ideas before I chuck it out into the lawn. Thanks
