Adrenaline Software

I can't download the adrenaline software on my laptop. I have a ryzen 5 5500U and was trying to download the software but every time I reached the installation page, I was greeted with error 1603. I have already tried to disable my antivirus, and do a factory reset but it doesn't seem to work.

That error is related to Microsoft Visual C++ files.

There are guides on the web to fix it, search 'msvcp140 error'.

Laptop users should only use what the laptop support page supplies when it comes to drivers. Manufacturers may not always update the drivers on their support page, but the drivers that are available there are specifically tuned for your product. I don't advise using drivers from the AMD website in these cases because laptops and all in one PCs are put together in ways that the AMD drivers from the website may not function as intended.
