Adrenaline Record/LiveStream function not working

Greetings,

I am currently facing problems with the adrenaline software for a couple of months, the record button seems to completely ignore me clicking it, neither the record button nor the keybind to start recording do what they are supposed to do. I've tried over 4 different versions of adrenaline software ranging from the latest 24.8.1 down to 22.2.2 and none of them work. Factory reset, complete reinstall by deleting of the AMD software through the windows app and reinstall of the software didnt help either.

Currently running:

win11 23H2 05.02.2024,
R7 5700x,
RX 6650 XT,
Gigabyte B550  motherboad.

Clicking the record button changes the mouse icon from idle to the loading animation for a split millisecond just to return it back to idle, no error messages, nothing. I really dont know what to do.

I appreciate any tips or suggestion on how to overcome this problem,

Best regards, Cas

SOLVED!

Turned out i had some problems with my command prompt, seems a file or such was corrupted in my system. I just couldnt even think of that, cmd just didnt open no matter how i tried to start it.

Solved the problem by using the following command in windows PowerShell (run as administrator):
sfc /scannow
I've read it in an article that claimed this command would find and repair corrupted files, and happily it worked.

Hello dear

I have the same problem, but command sfc /scannow didn't work. I don't have any corrupted files.
