Adrenalin Edition and Graphic Driver didn't work properlyt

System

- Ryzen 9 9950X

- X670E gigabyte motherboard

- RTX 4090 Aero 

- Win 11 

 

Error

When I go into Device Manager, the yellow warning sign keep came out everytime I turn on PC. 

Also Adrenalin edition software doesnt work properly, I visit QA section and try solutions but didn't work for me.
