I was re-installing this optional driver as it was required to play the open beta for Modern Warfare 2 2022. I have a RX 5700. The installer prompted me to restart the system and so I did. Now my monitor does not show anything anymore but black screen. I can hear the windows log in sound where it brings you to the log in screen but there is no display but black screen. 

I have tried force restarting by pressing the reset button on my case more than 6 times. I have tried force shutdown by holding the boot button on my case twice. All boot attempts from restarting or shutting down yields no difference.

Please advise, I cannot use my computer because of this. Does this mean my GPU is done for?

Just kidding, it was my monitor. Please disregard thanks.

Although it was because of the driver installing, or at least right after restarting. I wonder if it's related.

Hey, don't beat yourself up.  I did exactly the same thing a couple of years back, exactly.  It just never dawned on me that it was the monitor that up and died.
