Dual Monitor Setup
Across multiple releases of adrenalin for the past 2 years or so, I've been experiencing a strange issue which occurs when my PC wakes from sleep sometimes. When the issue occurs, the refresh rate of my screen decreases for some reason and any fullscreen application is capped at 15fps. After the issue ensues, when I clip something with instant replay it records my secondary monitor for some reason and the overlay shifts over to it as well. From searches over the past few months, it seems that no one else has this issue.
The strange thing is that when I switch off one of my monitors and restart it the issue goes away. Turning instant replay on and off also causes the issue to go away. I don't know whether this problem is caused by some hardware issue or driver issue. I've done multiple DDU clean installs for my GPU drivers and a some other fixes with no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
