Adrenalin 23.5.1 drivers unable to load DaVinci Resolve 18.1.4 and GPU-Z reporting incorrectly

The 23.5.1 drivers on my PC seem to have issues with loading DaVinci Resolve, the GPU is just not detected by it at all. I've even tried the 18.5 Public Beta which just shows the same "Unsupported GPU configuration" error.

I also noticed that with these drivers GPU-Z reports half the TMUs, cannot detect the Pixel and Texture fill rates and cannot detect the Bandwidth.

Has anyone else had these issues?

This website gives some good troubleshooting tips on how to fix the "Unsupported GPU" error : https://www.getdroidtips.com/how-to-fix-davinci-resolve-18-unsupported-gpu-message-2023/  and this website also: https://videowithjens.com/davinci-resolve-fix-unsupported-gpu-processing-mode/

Found that on DaVinci's Black Magic Forums the most common tip was to downgrade the AMD driver to see if it fixes the issue.

I can't load Davinci Resolve either on adrenaline edition 23.5.2. I get an error "Unsupported GPU Processing Mode.
I also tried with the Pro version of the drivers 22.q4 and I get the same result.

Have a look at the Memory and GPU preferences, is it set to Auto or did you manually change it to something else?

I downgraded the driver to fix it which seems to be the only way to get it working

Possibly your version of DaVinci is not 100% compatilbe with the latest AMD Driver.  DaVinci future version should be compatible.
