Adrenalin 23.11.1 no longer runs (WIN 11 RX 7900 XT)

As mentioned in subject; searched and found update version 23.12.1.  Downloaded the latest version but unable to run execute file.
Return Error 184 "AMD Software Installer has detected that your current Operating System is not supported and terminated the installation. "
Reloading version 23.11.1 returned the same Error 184.

Processor AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8-Core Processor 4.50 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.2 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 22H2

Sapphire Pulse RX 7900 XT

Any assist is appreciated.

Ok, after a lot of testings I came with conclusion that the best and most stable driver version is 23.3. 1 (March 2023). It probably depends on a lot of conditions but for me - this is the best, without any crashing and resseting my settings.13-Aug-2023

I scowered and found an oldest installation I had 23.5.x which ran for me with no issue; the execution file ran without the Error 184 issue.
