Hello,

I have been having a issue with my drivers

I am trying to stream but it wont work with some hassle i found out my amd driver is not starting when i start my device and i have to reinstall/repair the driver which is not convenient so please if i could get some help i have been having this issue since a while i also tried installing old drivers but it wont work either

Here's the exact problem im having

What are your systems specs.?

My laptop specs are

Ryzen 5600h
Nvida Geforce 3050
16 gb 
windows 11

You probably need to use the nvidia card/software to stream, the onboard amd graphics does not have the minimum vram required (system ram does not count).

As for the error, it is a problem with MS for some reason not reporting it is running.

If it wasn't running you would not have a screen output or would be at 480p on the MS basic driver.

Ignore the error, you only see it on driver install info.

The problem is i cant stream cuz i dont have a mux switch in my device so i cant stream with my nvida card

is there any other solution for this cuz my friend has the same laptop as me but with 1650 but he is able stream we have the same cpu and drivers still

Same problem here. Changed every hardware piece (MoBo included) and still same situation. Any advice or info about?
