This is possible? radeon settings cannot detect games from microsoft store and I cant get a configuration profile, some games do weird things without that

I tried to add them manually but these games are with protection and I cant do nothing more

Although nVidia panel has AppX application support, Radeon panel does not support this feature. With the link above, you can request that this feature be added to the driver panel.

1. run game

2. open radeon software in-game overlay

3. then you can do it

I believe the in-game overlay takes another way than on desktop to access files so the encryption will be bypassed or windows just authorizes it because it's a driver built-in function, not using the normal explorer.
