Anybody have problem when install Linux OS with this laptop

Acer Aspire 3 A315-41:

Ryzen 5 2500u

Vega 8

I always have this error when instal any Linux Distro

BUG: soft lockup - CPU#16 stuck for 23s

For now, i'm using Peppermint 8 with kernel 4.13 and i have research that the new ryzen have good with kernel 4.15, but i have this error to. even with the latest kernel.

Any solve this?

Or maybe any people use this laptop using any debian based an working well. Can you tell me what your OS using?

Thankyou billy72​ for you answer so far. But, i now have another solution.
I have to add parameter pci = noacpi when booting. But, still this is anoying because i have to disable acpi

Before disabling the acpi subsystem, I would suggest trying

'noapic' as kernel parameter first.
