Acer 5800H 23.19 screen brightness and slow startup issue

Hello everyone,

I am using the Nitro 5 AN517-41 model with Windows 11. My processor model is Ryzen 7 5800H.
After updating the AMD processor application to Adrenaline 23.11.1 (WHQL Recommended), I am encountering the following issues:

1. The screen brightness automatically increases to the maximum level.(and it doesn't decrease in any way)

2. The computer's startup time significantly extends.

I am aware that I need to use the latest version, but these issues bother me. I can overlook the delayed system startup, but the screen brightness being at the maximum causes significant problems.

I am looking forward to any advice you may have for resolving these issues.

BIOS version: 1.11
Current Radeon Software version: 20.40.32.13 (Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition)

Best regards.

The 20.40.32.13 version looks to be Acer supplied driver.

Seems you somehow have mixed driver & software versions?

Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T..

No. I installed a clean Windows 11, this driver was optimized by Acer as you said and was installed automatically. This driver is stable, but when I install the new driver, the games provide +10 fps and it solves the problems in some games.

Even though I use Windows 11, it appears as Windows 10 in the software. I guess it's because it's old, right?
