please be sure that your CPU REALLY GETS that low voltage
some boards doesnt set it propperly or allow high spikes up to 1.5V with that 1.235V set...

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS

Good option would be to have HWINFO64 enabled (Sensors) while under CPU load to check the voltages, as it shows min., avg, max.

I downloaded HWINFO64;

  CPUZ stress test- multi-thread my volts were 1.194v to 1.2v with a score of 3618.5 with a temp of 68.8c

  CPUZ bench test- multi-thread score of 3597.4, single thread score of 443.1 with volts at 1.238v with temps of 63.8c
