Why has the AMD employee stopped replying the main thread? The last reply from Matt_AMD was on the 12th April 2023, fully 4 months ago.
Why should your customers have to use an 8 month old driver to fix these issues?
Your customers deserve answers.
I recently bought a 6650 XT and can't return it as it's not faulty. Instead I'm stuck with a graphics card that isn't fully usable because of your drivers. I've just done another fresh install of Windows and now cannot edit EnableULPS to remedy this issue.
It shouldn't be the responsibility of your customers to troubleshoot something that is your fault.
