If i download AMD Software in my computer, i can get high fps but if i record in any program it looks like 10 fps and like 144p. But i see higher quality then recording. Pls get me out of these guys i can't record anything and if i delete AMD Software i get low fps. I have: RX 580 RYZEN 5 2600 GIGABYTE 8X2 16 GB RAM
