Since getting the card, have been having a couple issues with it and not sure how they are related. When initially installed, windows started crashing with HYPERVISOR_ERROR to the point of not being able to get past the boot screen. Was able to remedy by booting from a USB and deleting the partition followed up by a fresh install.
Still having crashing issues but the crashes now don't BSOD, only a dump file is created that points to ntoskrnl.exe as the culprit.
Tried doing a stress test in Adrenalin - card goes under 350w load for a minute then the rest of the "stress test" it drops to 50w load and finishes the test like that with a "passing".
When playing for an extended time, Adrenalin shows junction temp get up around 110C and frame rate starts to noticeably lower. This is also the time when a hard crash would happen, straight to POST - no BSOD.
Have found similarities with other posts piecewise but nothing with all these problems together.
Video card is powered by 2 separate 8 pin cables from a 1000w PSU.
Processor is 7950x with no OC on it or the RAM.
MB is B650M-PLUS WiFi.
RAM is G.Skill Ripjaws S5 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5-5200 PC5-41600 CL36
