7900xt not detecting in Adrenalin, shows in Device Manager, Windows 11

So I've been having an issue with my 7900XT not showing up in my Adrenalin software. When it happens my second monitor won't have any display on it. It shows up in Device Manager, and it seems that Windows 11 is disabling it for whatever reason. All drivers are up to date, windows is up to date, this is a brand new PC that I got from OriginPC no more than 3 weeks ago. No clue what the problem could be. I searched around the communities for similar problems and solutions. Some just straight up reset their entire PC or returned the GPU (I would rather do neither).

The temporary fix works, but I'd rather not have to keep enabling what I paid for.

Again, the temporary fix for this is: Open Adrenalin to check if detected > Not > Device Manager > Display Adapters > Right click GPU (Or left click and go to the tool bar at the top) > Click "Enable" > Restart PC.

Windows will typically disable a device if there is an error with the device, either hardware or software related. I would reinstall the AMD drivers, reinstall the video card, and check video card power connectors.
