I've been struggled on my Ayaneo 2S handheld + Razore Core X with 3080 graphic card.
It is always get disconnected before launching the game or even idle itself..
As AMD haven't publish official driver for 7840u, please help to test out this scenrio and make sure the 7840u are compatible with Razor core x + 3080 as well..
